At Outfix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.


Eligibility for a refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The item was not delivered within 45 days of your order date

We do not accept physical returns due to the international nature of our supply chain. All issues are resolved through refunds or free replacements.


How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at outfix.shp@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-refundable situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the order has been shipped
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by customs or local postal services
• Orders where the 14-day claim window has passed
