At Outfix, your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.

To start a return, email us at outfix.shp@gmail.com with:

- Your order number

- Reason for return

- Photo of the item

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items damaged due to misuse

- Items without original packaging

- Sale or discounted items

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at outfix.shp@gmail.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
