Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping times

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard shipping: 7–20 business days
• Express shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or high-demand seasons such as holidays.


Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.


Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Outfix has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Lost or undelivered packages

If your package has not arrived within 45 days of your order date, please contact us at outfix.shp@gmail.com and we will investigate and offer a refund or replacement.


Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Outfix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
